WHAT IS ALREADY PROVEN

The engine is not a hypothesis. A real page was read, its animations extracted, and the page rebuilt from that capture alone — 24 exact recipes from a single read, and 0.91 MB of raw capture for a whole page. Three of five reference sites returned nothing to the Web Animations API, which is why the sampler exists.

What is missing is not the mechanism. It is turning it into a service somebody else can call.

There is no date to give, and inventing one would be the first thing on this site that is not measured. The changelog records what actually shipped.
